How long does it take for orders to ship?
Wholesale orders will ship within 5 days unless otherwise specified. Most retail orders will ship out within 2-3 days of receipt (US & International). If there is some unforeseen delay, you will always be notified. If your package gets lost in transit I will do everything I possibly can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Which carrier do you use?
I currently ship all orders with either USPS or UPS & sincerely try to find the most economic shipping option. If you have a preference of a carrier, or have an account with one you'd prefer to use not listed above, please contact me at email@example.com with your carrier account information.
At this time, I use USPS &/or UPS to ship all international orders. Prior to purchasing, please email & I'll be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order & location.
Please note that for international orders, any taxes & duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return & refund policy?
If your order was a custom order, no returns can be issued. I do everything possible to communicate proofs & approvals with you, so please be sure your requests are made known to ensure the custom order you had envisioned. I hope you understand!
However, if your order is a ready-made product, & is unused, unopened, and undamaged, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt, or exchange for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise should be returned in it's original condition with the original receipt. Once I have received the returned item(s), I will issue a refund back to your credit card. I do not offer free return shipping at this time.
